We put so much thought into our food, offering our guests the choice between daily menus; à la carte, Wellbeing, Gourmet and Km0 (dishes prepared using only seasonal and local products).
Breakfast or lunch right at the poolside
Breakfast and lunch are served in the poolside restaurant, which is transformed from a luminous “winter garden” during the colder months into an “al fresco” dining experience from spring to early autumn.
Another fantastic feature is the “live kitchen”, the open-plan kitchen in the restaurant which is constantly animated by the flamboyant performances of the hotel’s chefs.
The evening dinner is served in the elegant panoramic restaurant on the hotel’s top floor, unique amongst the region’s hotels.
For our dishes, the emphasis is on light and flavoursome foods, organic meat sourced locally from the Euganean hills and fresh fish bought from the market at Chioggia.
